Promotional terms and conditions 2023
General
- Promotion valid until the 1st of January 2024.
- Mentioned promotional rates are excluding Value Added Tax (V.A.T.).
Tours 2023
- Tour days can be used immediately after payment or (if you do not yet have an account) after registering as a LiveTours customer.
- Tour days have no expiration date and can be used years after purchase.
- Tour day rate applies to the total group and not per participant. For instance, a Tour day with 30 participants has the same price as a Tour day with 10 participants.
- After activation, a Tour day can be used for a maximum of 24 hours, whether or not for multiple tours. Thereafter, a new Tour will need to be activated if desired.
- Tour days may be selected on any day, the days do not have to be consecutive.
Gifted hardware
- The hardware will be sent directly from the supplier to the specified address.
- The speed of delivery depends on the country of destination. For most destinations, the hardware will be delivered to the addressee within 2 to 3 weeks.
- The supplier’s statutory warranty applies to the hardware.
- If selected hardware is not available, an equivalent set (Wi-Fi router, power bank and headset) will be provided.

- Download the LiveTours app on your smartphone.
- For the best user experience, we recommend using your free mobile Wi-Fi router.
- Charge your USB power bank before using it.
