Interested parties who are not yet familiar with LiveTours get three Tourdays for free to experiment with our solution. You only need to sign up for this. The three Tourdays and registration are free and without any purchase obligations ( See further: What is a Tourday).

Purchasing Tourdays
What is a Tourday
A Tour Day is the use of LiveTours for a period of 24 hours from the moment of starting a tour.
Basically, LiveTours is a form of live-audio guiding, where the tour guide communicates via their own smartphone to the smartphone of their audience (walk & talk).
In addition, LiveTours offers the possibility to communicate text and images to the smartphone of the participants to support his story. This additional option is free.
Rates and ordering
Tourdays can be purchased in different bundle sizes. In addition to a financial advantage, with a larger bundle you always have an extra stock of LiveTours Tourdays at your disposal. The Tourdays do not have an expiration date and do not have to be used on consecutive days.
The Tourday rate applies to a group as a total and is therefore not dependent on the number of participants.
For the introduction year 2023, interesting promotional rates apply to tour bundles. In addition, interesting action packages have also been put together (see also further down this page). In summary:
- Tourdays have no expiry date and can therefore be used indefinitely
- Tourdays do not have to be consecutive.
- Regardless of group size (for example, a Tourday with 30 participants is just as advantageous as a Tour day with 10 participants)
- Regardless of number of participants
- Options to share text and images

Recommended hardware
Why is hardware recommended
LiveTours only uses Wi-Fi connections, so no internet access is required. In principle, Wi-Fi networks are location-bound, which is why LiveTours recommends using a mobile Wi-Fi router so that you can work independently of local ‘fixed‘ Wi-Fi networks.
In addition to a mobile Wi-Fi router, it is also advisable to purchase a professional headset and/or microphone, as well as a USB power bank to power the router.
Which hardware is recommended
LiveTours has investigated which router is most suitable to realize a high-quality connection with a larger group of participants.
A price-friendly option is the GL-AXT1800 mobile Wi-Fi router. According to the supplier, groups of up to 120 participants can be connected to this travel router.
Due to its good performance, this mobile router is included for free as part of the promotional packages (see below).

There is a wide range of options on the market for the microphone and power bank and LiveTours does not have an explicit purchase recommendation.
